A fast dry satin finish poster ink designed for both indoor and
outdoor use. Suitable for
printing on paper and cardboard for most P.O.P. display applications. |
Application Information
Thinning: May be used straight from the can but it
is recommended to thin 5 - 15% by
weight with STP-1800 Thinner . Over thinning may cause “mottling”
when printing on
porous stock. For maximum lightfastness or outdoor durability,
little or no thinning is recommended. Additives: STP-1370
Extender Base should only be used to increase transparency of
colours. However, this will reduce the durability and lightfastness
of the colour. Use a
small amount of STP-1730 Process Clear ink to improve print quality,
if required.
Wash-Up: STP-1800 Thinner STP-1840 Wash-Up
Coverage: Approximately 1700 sq.ft./1 U.S. Gallon
using a 230/in. monofilament
fabric.
Fabric/Stencil: 157 to 355 monofilament fabric
. Direct and indirect photostencil or
water soluble hand cut stencils are suitable.
Drying:By solvent evaporation . STP-0000 Series
air dries in 15 to 30 minutes or 15 to
30 seconds in a Jet Dryer. Allow more time when overprinting to
avoid possible rewetting
of previous colours.
Die Cutting/Creasing: Can be successfully die
cut or creased but should be tested prior
to production. |
