Product Information
A matte -finish general purpose , vinyl lacquer formulated for
printing on rigid and
flexible vinyls and vinyl coated fabrics .Designed for indoor and
medium -term outdoor
exposure eg. bumper stickers , beach balls etc . |
Application Information
Thinning: May be used straight from the can but it
is recommended to thin 5 - 15% by
weight with MAV-1800 Thinner . For maximum lightfastness or outdoor
durability little
or no thinning is recommended. Additives: MAV-1700
Clear should only be used to increase transparency of colours
.However , this will reduce the durability and lightfastness of
the colour.
Wash-Up: MAV-1800 Thinner MAV-1840 Wash-Up
Coverage: Approximately 1700 sq.ft./1 U.S. Gallon
using a 230/in. mo nofilament
fabric.
Fabric/Stencil: 150 to 280 monofilament fabric
. Direct and indirect photostencil or
water soluble hand cut stencils are suitable.
Drying: By solvent evaporation . MAV-000 Series
air dries in 30 to 60 minutes . Allow
more time when overprinting to avoid possible re-wetting of previous
colours.
Die Cutting/Creasing: Can be successfully die
cut or creased but should be tested prior
to production. |
